I found that a piece of my Camburg UCA misalignment spacer is chipped (Prob damaged by the last owner upon installation --I bought the package used). Anyhow is it necessary to replace? I don't think the articulation will hit that part, especially when I don't off-road.
It's like $20 part from camburg.

Here is a pics.

well crawled down there and the lower side also chipped like that. Ordered the upper and lower replacement spacers from Camburg and it'll take 3 weeks. They said they have to machine it... $70 plus shipping.. OUch!!!

well got it all done. Fairly straight forward process (thanks to some members for hints). Basically just put the truck on support, remove the wheel and support the lower control arm with the jack to take out off the weight..then unbolt the UCA bolt and remove the bolt. The only hard part is the damn lower spacer is tappered and it wedged into the spindle real good. I have to find some tool to bang it out. That in itself took like 1/2 of the total time. After that, everything is cake walk. I took caution not to mar anything...lube it up and all is good... $81 spacers good.
